CHILD ADVOCACY

I am dedicated to the rights of children who are visually, hearing, speech and language impaired.  If you have a child who is not receiving proper educational opportunities and accommodations in Duval or St. Johns County as a result of a disability, please contact me to discuss your child’s rights under Florida and Federal law.  If you cannot afford an attorney to assist you and your child, I may be able to represent you free of charge.  I handle these cases on a case by case basis, and proof of income (or lack thereof) may be required.
